Every Kind of Room, One Local Builder

Sunroom construction is its own trade — and it's one we've practiced here for decades. Here's a closer look at what we build.

Three-Season Rooms

The classic New England sunroom: a bright, glass-enclosed aluminum room that lets you live outside from the first warm day of spring to the last mild day of fall. We can enclose an existing porch or breezeway, convert a deck, or build the whole room from the ground up — morning coffee, summer dinners, and bug-free evenings included.

Four-Season Rooms

Fully insulated vinyl construction with double-pane glass, designed to be heated and cooled as true year-round living space. Over the years we've also replaced plenty of older rooms that were cold in winter and hot in summer with energy-efficient four-season construction that's comfortable 365 days a year.

Gable & Studio Styles

Most rooms we build take one of two shapes. A gable-style sunroom has a vaulted, cathedral-style ceiling that feels open and airy and floods the space with light. A studio-style sunroom uses a clean single-slope roof that tucks neatly under existing eaves and blends with almost any home. During your consultation we'll recommend the style that fits your roofline, your space, and how you plan to use the room.

Hard-Roof Patio Rooms & Covers

Insulated aluminum roof panels with integrated gutters, finished inside and out — shade in the summer, solid cover from rain, sleet, and snow the rest of the year. Hard roofs work over patios and decks as well as entrances, stairwells, and accessible ramps, and they're the backbone of our covered patio rooms.

Screen Rooms & Patio Enclosures

Screen rooms bring back the simple pleasure of being outdoors without the insects — aluminum or screened kneewalls, your choice of roof style, and optional 4-track stacking window systems that let one room shift between screened breeze and weather-tight enclosure. It's also the most straightforward way to get more use out of a porch or patio you already have.

Site Work, Decks & Permits

A sunroom project usually starts before the room itself. Our crews handle footings, new deck construction or modifications in pressure-treated or Trex materials, stairs, and railings — and our design consultant takes care of the town permits and drawings, a process we know well in every Rhode Island town we work in. We've engineered rooms for demanding sites too, including coastal homes in Jamestown's 120-mph wind zone.

Serving Rhode Island & Southern New England

If you're comparing sunroom contractors, you'll find our work all over the map — from our West Warwick shop we install across all of Rhode Island, southeastern Massachusetts, and the Connecticut shoreline. Browse the sunroom gallery to see decades of finished rooms, then book a free in-home consultation and we'll design yours.
