Hurricane-Rated Screen Option
For homeowners in coastal or storm-prone areas, we also offer a hurricane-rated motorized screen built with DuPont™ Kevlar® yarns — the same ballistic material used in bulletproof vests.
This upgrade uses the same bullet keder track system and motorized operation, but with a woven mesh fabric rated for debris impact up to 75 mph. It meets the most rigorous building codes in the country, including FBC, DADE County, and TDI standards.
